'During our stay it was low season, so the hotel felt deserted at times (thought there was always staff there). However: The atmosphere must be amazing if there are more visitors. The pool area and gardens in the hotel are awesome and definitely a great place for children. The "restaurant" (which was actually the pool bar serving food) could improve a lot on quality though. The location is fine, not very far away from the city, easy to catch a tricycle, which is very cheap (30 pesos per person). The staff was unhelpful and didn't know many things we asked.
