Búger is quite idyllic away from all the main roads in the north of the island, away from traffic and pollution. The smallest municipality of Mallorca is in perfect grandeur on the last hill before the potato fields of Sa Pobla. Many homeowners in Búger have a wonderful view of the Albufera, the Bay of Alcudia, the Arta mountains in the northeast and the Tramuntana mountains in the west. The Finca is located in the middle of this beautiful idyll, in a land with 3 different properties. Each plot is individual and absolutely private. The large plot of land is divided into the "Sestadors de Búger" estate, the "Can Mir de Búger" estate and the "Es Rafal Vell de Búger" estate. From here you have quick access to the supermarkets, the weekly market in Búger, which takes place every Saturday in front of the town hall. The nearest beach is quickly found through the direction of the Albufera Platjas de Muro, in just 14 minutes. Here you will find a paradisiacal sandy beach with turquoise blue water.

The farm "Sestadors de Búger", made of natural stone, stands out in this beautiful area, among trees, shrubs and a great variety of plants. The "Buganvilia" Mediterranean runs through the facade of the main building house and gives the appearance of natural stone an elegant fuchsia touch. The large main building consists of a floor where we have a rustic living room with open dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms. The interior is distributed on 230 m² of beautiful rustic living area with natural stone walls and rustic wooden beams that give the feeling of being in a cozy and modern cave. The furniture and decoration of the house combine perfectly and promises, in addition to quality and good taste, a totally picturesque surface. The amenities include air conditioning, fireplace, free wireless Internet, as well as cots and high chairs for the little ones in the house.
On the other side of the garden you will find the guest house, which consists of a large sleeping area on an upper platform, a bathroom with shower and a living room with fireplace. A romantic retreat for all those who want to enjoy time as a couple or simply want to disconnect a bit.
In the middle of the huge grass area between the two buildings is the beautiful fully fenced swimming pool (9m x 5m). A holiday paradise with sunbeds under the blue sky of Mallorca. Between the green idylls of the garden and the songs of birds, you can relax and enjoy your time with friends and family. For our little explorers there is much to observe and explore, as there is a lot of space and green areas. The terrace of "Es Sestadors de Búger" is partially covered and equipped with chairs, tables and barbecue area. All barbecue enthusiasts will love the barbecue area, as with wood grill, gas hob and own sink is very well equipped. Whether indoors or outdoors, everything is very well maintained, clean and designed with a lot of attention to detail. For families with children a true holiday paradise!
