'Room was clean, staff helpful, not much of a breakfast'

'The whole place was extremely nice, very nice welcoming staff. Only complaint was that the pool heater wasn’t working correctly.'

'The bathroom was dirty. It needs a good sweeping and washing.'

'I had a room on the ground floor.easy access to the fitness center, laundry room and swimming pool.'

'What I loved was that the receptionist was super friendly since the start and everything was clean and peaceful. The cherry to the top was they let me have my dog with me and I loved that so much.'

'Good'

'Kids loved the waterpark and mini golf course - was a great way to bribe them to come hiking all morning in Starved Rock then have fun activities to come back to. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. 'relaxing and quiet'

'We stayed in an oversized king room on the top floor. The room was larger than anticipated and a nice design. Our floor was very quiet. The only negative was trying to get hot water at the tap. The shower eventually got warm/hot but only when it was pushed to the hottest setting.'

'Its oke if you set your expectations low'

'Bed bugs'

'They were redoing rooms and other areas, but nothing was indicated when I made the reservation'

'Very old building. Some cobwebs. Carpet was pretty dirty.'
