We were very disappointed that when we came back saturday late in the day our room had not been cleaned and then we went for dinner and drinks at the bistro and no one was there no sign was there to tell us no one showed up for their shift we actually had another couple tell us. friendly, helpful staff. My husband and I wanted to spend some late night time alone in the lobby, while the kids were resting upstairs. front desk person was super helpful in getting us to a quiet space that was well lit, and having a Starbucks right there was really super nice too.

Overall it was a good experience- I was a little put off by the location as it kinda felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. The lobby and common areas were very nice and updated. The hotel smelled clean, however when I arrived to my room there was some obvious wear. The air vents were full of dust, the rug had some visible stains and there was some visible mildew in the bathroom. I stayed one night but overall I would consider staying again.

There was kids playing hockey in the halls at 9am the last 2 days woke me and my boyfriend out our sleep . We got the hotel for his birthday time away from kids and it was terrible . And all the front desk was he can ask them to not do it but no promises

Hotel was recommended due to location for work. Granted, there was a heavy snow storm last few days but parking lot, sidewalks and main driveway were not plowed/salted. Room was FREEZING despite max thermostat and not well serviced (i.e. no shampoo, dusty, pink mold in bathroom, etc.) Not to Marriott standards whatsoever.

The room was ok but pretty tired, with stains throughout the carpet. There was a hockey tournament group staying there, and unfortunately the kids were running around the property inside and out without any parenting or staff intervention. I feel like that should be controlled better. Despite me turning the temp up to the max, the room was quite cold. Courtyard Marriotts are usually great so I was a bit disappointed. I hope there’s a renovation soon and closer monitoring of noise and chaos.
