Classic french style building.

A 2691 sq.ft apartment, Living room with 4 bedroom, 4 complete bathrooms (the master with jacuzzi), fully equipment kitchen, and front view and balcony in the living room, dinning room, and in the pool table room.

Excellent quality details make it stand out from the others, classic style, elevator, everything is excellent quality!. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an excellent view of the city (look pics), has daylight throughout the day. The furniture is modern and is fully furnished, all items are in excellent condition (LCD 42´in the living and master bedroom, CABLE, A/C in all rooms, Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave).

About the neighborhood is located in the center of Recoleta, a very high level area of classic buildings and known by the combination of successful young professionals and bohemians, artists, painters, musicians, etc. STYLE ON EVERY CORNER!

Buenos Aires is known as one of the best eating cities in south America and the world. Around the apartment you will find known and prominent bars and restaurants as “SushiClub” (Excellent sushi!), “Café Martinez” (great breakfasts and also very cheap), Restaurant Juana (incredible mixture of meat and salad ), Restaurant 'Piegari' (Meditarránean, Spanish and Italian cuisine) and the famous 'Parrilla el Mirasol', the best meat in Buenos Aires by far!

If you are wanting to stay home and enjoy the kitchen that has the apartment, just 3 blocks to the west is 'Disco Grocery', where one of the most exclusive supermarket, open from 8:30am to 10:00pm. If passed the 10pm, no problem!, 2 blocks away is the pantry 'Shell Shop' open 24/7.

In terms of public transport has bus stops throughout the area, and 7 blocks away is the subway station and train station, both communicated throughout the city.

The apartment is in one of the most exclusive, safe and quiet areas. Pure elegance and good taste distinguish this part of Buenos Aires and do enjoy a good time to those who stay in it.

From the moment you arrived in Buenos Aires, we can make the experience complete!, From going to get you to the airport and transfer to the door of the apartment and find it perfect (temperature, atmosphere of lights). Great historic building

Built in 1910 "beautiful". Juan was really great arranged for all of our family (7) to be picked up and brought back to the airport. The apartment is in a perfect location very safe and secure.Rodrigo the on site caretaker was wonderful and so very helpful. Four bedrooms, each with its own full bath was just great, plus another half bath. We would recommend this apartment any time

Wonderful Apartment

My wife and I spent 4 great nights at the apartment. We were suppose to have been with another couple but a last minute issue caused them to cancel. So we had the whole place to ourselves. The apartment was huge and exactly as described. The location was excellent and near everything. 2 coffee shops within a couple of minutes and several restaurants within easy walking distance. You can Uber everywhere for very little cost and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to get picked up.The host was there to meet us and show us around, he even had electrical adapters for our US appliances.

A wonderful stay in Buenos aires

Juan was a super helpful and friendly host! He arrived to check us in when we got there, gave us all kinds of information about the area and continued to help us out throughout our stay! The apartment was large and comfortable for our family of seven. It is an impressive space! The Ubers and Cabify in BA are so inexpensive we could easily get anywhere in the city and we also could walk to many places. A great rental experience! Thanks Juan you were GREAT!

Wonderfully elegant and spacious property, though a bit dated. No problem with age except heat did not work (and it was cold) and plaster is falling from ceiling in pool room so that's sort of messy and not useable. But it is a great location, classic and lovely flat though it could use some updating. I would stay again.

Absolutely the best place and stay in South America

This property is the jewel of Buenos Aires. You feel like royalty standing above the La avenida 9 de Julio sitting just across from the Four Seasons and the Park Hyatt. Juan was an incredible host who met us, got us situated, and had a list of amazing recommendations nearby (all of which we enjoyed). Honestly, this is a 15/10, and you will not ever get to enjoy a nice experience than this. Throughout the rest of our trip to Patagonia and Santiago, we didn't experience anything like it. Best VRBO I've ever booked anywhere in the world. Period.

Interesting condo

Over all, it is a nice large place. Unfortunately, the kitchen miss some equipment like steak nife (in a meat country) There is a lot of dishes. The pool table is not fonctional. Need some big repairs. The manager is helpfull. Some walls need to be repair and painted. The beds are in a very good conditions There is a grocery store not far (Disco and also a Carrefour express.) We would have renew this location next year but the price has raise to much for us. Buenos aires is a very nice city.

Spacious and great location

Beautiful property in an older building that has tons of character. Very large so lots of space to hang out or get away from each other. 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms so lots of privacy. Some bedrooms have single beds. Gorgeous balcony that you can sit on and have your morning coffee while watching the world go by. Location is very safe and has many good restaurants just down the road. Uber is very cheap and easy to use so you can pretty much get around to any area of BA. Juan was a very responsive host throughout the whole trip who met and provided us with great details on the first day. There was a concierge in the building for other times. For a large crowd you cannot go wrong with this property!

Amazing place in Buenos Aires

What a phenomenal place to stay! Juan coordinated our transport from the airport, met us at the apartment, gave us an excellent orientation to the place and the neighborhood. The beds were perfect with good linens. The AC worked well as it was 97° outside. We were so appreciative of this excellent place. Highly recommend!
