We loved our short stay at this property. We did have trouble with cell phone reception in the immediate area, which gave us a little trouble at check-in time. In order to avoid this, I suggest printing out the exact location and unit number before you arrive, rather than relying on online information. Once we figure out where we were going everything was great.

Short and Sweet

We had a wonderful time in BV. This booking was exactly as described, and central to everything we needed. The only reason I took off one star was because the heat turned on overnight. We had opened the windows to cool things down, and that must have tripped the heater. It was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

Excellent central location between the main streets for shopping and eateries. The balcony was a perfect spot for the sunset. I would recommend this to others coming into BV.

Location, location, location

This condo is in a great location. Walkable to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. And, walkable to the river and restaurants in South of Main neighborhood. The space was very clean and comfortable and matched the online description. We will stay again if available.

Comfortable stay in Buena Vista

Two bedroom is well stocked with extras for cooking, condo is a short walk to River Park and new "Main Street" bars and restaurants.Good value in a beautiful area.

What a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to both South Main and downtown Buena Vista. Host was easy to communicate with making checking in and out easy.

Wonderful location in Buena Vista

We were thrilled with our stay! The condo was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic - super walkable to everything in town. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog along :)

Great location

Great location and views! Well decorated and comfortable. My only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working and that was why i booked this property. It was not advertised this way. Also the TV instructions were not set up so you could log into your streaming accounts like it said.

Great location, property and help

We will definitely be booking here again. The listing was accurate. The location was great, short walk to Main Street downtown. Right by a park and skatepark. The staff was always attentive and fast to any question we had. Property was very clean. All in all we had a fantastic time at this property I would recommend to anyone. One note with little ones it’s not entirely baby proof and we didn’t expect it to be but did want to share that. I really appreciated that they had plates and utensils for kids and just many other things for kids it was great.

Disappointment in Buena Vista

We were very disappointed to check in and discover that although this property lists 3 separate times in the description that it is air conditioned, it is NOT. Buena vista can get very hot in the summer and I specifically filtered my search for an air conditioned property when I booked it back in the spring. I immediately contacted the management company and inquired how the AC works because when we entered the property the thermostat read 80 Degrees. The mgmt company responded that “this property is not air conditioned”. I spent the next 4 hours of my vacation back and forth with the management company via text anndnojone calls and then on the phone with VRBO directly to try to come up with solution. At first the mgmt company offered me a 25% discount for my stay which was totally unacceptable to me. In the end, we spent one night then vacated the property the next day and received a full refund of the 4 nights we did not Stay at the property
