Studio apartment for single travellers or couples with king size bed

Let me guide you to our studio apartment. Coming from the hustle and noise of the city center, you will follow the road upwards leading you to the free parking right in front of the villa.
Coming up the stairs you will see the first iron gate. Here one of us will welcome you and lead you to your studio.

Right in front of the entrance of your studio, you will see the baldachin that is for your private use. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Once entering your studio you will see the kitchenette and dining table.
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

In the kitchen, you will find your own coffee bar, where you can choose from the different options to prepare your delicious cup of coffee or tea.

Opening the glass door will lead you to your bathroom with, a shower, toilet, and sink. We do provide you with all the essentials like a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels.

Entering the bedroom we installed an office desk and chair for all the remote workers.

The highlight of the room is of course the king-sized bed with a memory foam top mattress.
Just lie down and enjoy watching your favorite series or movies on Netflix from your bed.

The whole room is airconditioned for the hot summer days. For the cooler days, no worries, it is heated by central heating.

There is no washing machine or dryer in the unit, but can be done on request. We do provide you with a drying rack outside on your terrace.

We don't allow smoking, E-cigarettes, or vaping inside the studio. Outside on the terrace is an ashtray where you can do so.
