The front one boasts a cosy gas fire set within a marble hearth, perfect for those chilly spring or autumn evenings. It also offers a bay window that looks out across the canal, with glimpses of the beach in the distance. Meanwhile, the rear sitting room features patio doors leading to a small terrace and steps up to the garden. Beyond these sitting rooms, you'll discover a generously sized galley kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, an additional fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric oven, and hob. An archway leads from the kitchen to a bright and spacious conservatory/breakfast room, complete with a table and seating for ten.
