'The stay was wonderful'

'This is a beautifull hotel which is neatly decorated (maybe a little over the top). Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. however, The wifi in my room wasn't working properly. As I was there for business this was very inconvinient.'

'Excellent Service, wonderful food, team’s approach of going beyond expectation'

'Excellent I wish all Indian hotels were as good as this! Great and helpful staff. Good comfortable rooms. Good food and varied menu. Very good laundry service. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel '

Please remove the plastic cover when it's used by a guest and then put it back...

This was despite the fact that I had visited the hotel at 8:30 AM and discussed my room requirement in advance. There was no senior staff member available to address the issue at the time. Due to this mismanagement, I had to cancel my dinner reservation as well as an important meeting. Room service was extremely disinterested and unprofessional. While placing a food order over...
