'the building is extremely old, they put me on the third floor and there is no elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage through the stairs, the shower is very small, when someone else showers next door the hot water cuts off, the bed was very comfortable but the ceiling was very low and close to the headboars. The restaurant food and service is great but doesn't make it up for the rest of the inconveniences.'

'The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy'

'The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. 'I checked in Sunday afternoon June 7th and was told the room would be cleaned every other day contrary to the listing. So I figured ok. But I checked out Thursday the 11th AND NOT ONCE WAS MY ROOM CLEANED. NO CLEAN TOWELS NO BED MADE NO GARBAGE TAKEN OUT NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. I did call the front desk about the problem and was told well you can come down and get clean towels and your room would be done the following day. That didn’t happen. Room was not done my entire stay. I always held this...
