The house is located in a quiet residential area with family houses. Bus and train can be reached within a few minutes on foot.

On approximately 90 m² you have two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The garden has a free-standing area under which you can sit outside even in the late summer. Barbecue and garden furniture are also at your disposal. The master bedroom has a 1.80 wide double bed, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV (only for DVD's) from here you can also go directly into the garden. The second room has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, a desk is also available there. The living room is equipped with a TV (Amazon Fire TV Stick for Amazon Prime and Netflix) DVD player and music system. The spacious bathroom has a corner bath, which can also be used for showering.
