Me and my friend stayed at the RIN Grand for 2 nights. We were excited about our stay at a 4* hotel but left dissapointed. It started with the hotel being a bit further from the city (centre) than we expected and the unconvenient and unreliable public transfer. It was nice that the frontdesk staff was friendly and our early check-in was no problem. But when we walked around the hotel in search for the pool (our main reason to choose this hotel), the pool and fitness area turned out to be under renovation for 2 weeks. Also, we would have had to pay for access (which would have been quite expensive).
We didn't experience any horrible times, but after a failing wifi-connection and unfriendly staff at some stores in the hotel, we were not very impressed.
I'm sorry to not be able to recommend this hotel, but I'm sure they can fix whatever we found dissapointing.
