We offer a beautiful, bright and modern apartment with water beds in Schönbronn. The apartment is located only 12 km from Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

The living room

Description:
- is in 1. floor
- about 75 sqm
- Kitchen (electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge without freezer!, Water cooker, toaster, egg cooker, etc,)

- Living room with large dining table for 8 people, TV, sofa bed (140x200 cm, if needed, even 2 people can sleep here)

- 2 Bedrooms
1. Bedroom with large waterbed (180x200 cm) and a bunk bed with 90x200 cm beds (normal mattresses), TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Second Bedroom with 2 waterbeds each with 90x200 cm water mattresses and a sleeping sofa (lying area 140x200) on which also 2 people can sleep
Furthermore we have an airbed, which can also be used if required,

Access for guests

You are welcome to use our garden, but this has not been created, there are garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden is currently being rebuilt, so this is not really usable! It is an unrenovated Althofstelle.

Terms of use for apartment

We wish our guests a nice and relaxing stay, so we have compiled some rules (terms and conditions) from A to Z for you:

Arrival and departure
The apartment is on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock free. Please let us know your expected arrival time a few days before arrival. The key collection takes place after individual arrangement.

Waste / waste separation
We are obliged to separate waste, so we ask you to do so.
The garbage should be separated according to:
Packing material in the yellow bag (please rinse everything), paper (blue bin), residual waste (black bin) and organic waste (please put this in the container provided, if this is full please in the annex or my daughter in front of the door) ,
Please dispose of waste glass by yourself or place it in the extension, then we will dispose of it for you.
Returnable bottles and other empties must be disposed of. Alternatively, we can dispose of this for you, but the deposit can not be refunded.
Pharmacies, doctors and hospital
are within 7-20 km

Extraordinary termination
In case of several violations of the house rules, the landlord can cancel the lease unilaterally and the guest has to leave the apartment immediately. A claim for reimbursement of the rental price then does not exist.

bath
Do not leave the window with fly screen, if possible also the door for airing.
In the shower and toilet no hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured, otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur. Please use the trash cans. Towels are provided, every week use towels included, each additional set 10 euros).

As far as they are available, they are in a folder in the living room cabinet in the lower drawer.

damage
Nobody deliberately damages anything, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. If this should happen, we ask you to notify us of the damage immediately, so that we do not notice this after your departure at the end of the cleaning.
The guest is liable for wanton damages in the full amount of the replacement costs.

bed linen
We will provide you with linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to deduct the salary before your departure. If a change of bed linen is required, please let us know in good time. The rent includes a set of bed linen, each additional set costs 10 euros rental fee.

pay
The full rental amount is payable before or when you move into the apartment in cash or early by bank transfer.

booking
Booking inquiries can be requested by phone, booking calendar or by e-mail. A booking must always be made in writing by mail or e-mail. With the booking confirmation, the booking is made and is binding. At the same time you accept our house rules / terms and conditions and cancellation policies.

Cover
In the apartment additional ceilings are available. These are for home use only and we ask that you do not take them outside.

First Aid Box and Fire Extinguisher
For minor injuries is in the bathroom cabinet a first aid kit. The fire extinguisher is located in the extension or in the kitchen under the sink there is a fire blanket.
Windows and doors
Please close all windows and doors (front door and front door) when leaving the house.

We will provide you with a hair dryer for the duration of your stay. These can be found in the washbasin cabinet. Please clean the device after use of possibly. Hair remains.

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest (s). We are also not liable for injuries or the like. Hanging chairs, swings, etc. are used at your own risk and parents are responsible for their children. towels
We will provide you with towels for the duration of your stay.
The rental price includes a set of towels (bath towel and towel). Please throw the used towels on the floor before departure.

house Rules
Under certain circumstances (occurs very rarely) it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge

Garden:
The garden is available for shared use.

grill
For grilling is a charcoal grill in cultivation available. Please clean the grill after use. Charcoal is to be provided by yourself or for a small fee from us!

cot
Upon request, we will provide you with a travel cot per week for a fee of € 10 per week. Sheets and a highchair are available. Please specify when booking.
Children sleeping in a regular bed, no matter how old, must pay the full price.

kitchen
Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. (Operating instructions can be found in the living room cabinet).
If the dishwasher is not fully loaded, please use the short program.
Please clean the dishes in the cabinets only when they are clean, the same applies to cutlery, pots and utensils.
No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured into the sink, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur.

termination

ventilate
To avoid mold, we kindly ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day. Ventilation during the day for 5-10 min.

additional costs
Water, electricity, heating and garbage are, unless otherwise agreed in the rent included in normal consumption. If the consumption is above average, we reserve the right to charge an additional charge.

parking
It can be parked directly in front of and next to the apartment.
As far as the guest is provided with a parking space, parked or ranked motor vehicles and their contents is not liable to the landlord, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Car trailers can be enclosed in the barn.
Price reduction:
In the case of a short-term loss of furnishings, public supplies or force majeure, there is no entitlement to price reduction.
Defects must be communicated to us immediately. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects. Complaints at a later date will not be accepted and no refund will be granted.

In our apartment is a small stereo.

Smoke
Smokers are welcome, but we ask you to smoke outside, there are ashtrays on the balcony as well as in front of and behind the house, please use them! Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in our apartment. If you do so despite the prohibition, we will charge you for damage to furniture, floor, bed linen, tablecloths, etc.

smoke detector
Our apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, in case of alarm please leave the house.
Cleaning:
The cost of the final cleaning is included in the rent, unless otherwise agreed. The apartment is to leave on departure broom clean, dishes should be washed and sorted in the closet and the garbage should be disposed of.
