The Space:

Perched on the bluff with panoramic views of Nickajack Lake and the Tennessee River Gorge, Hoot Owl Cabin is a tranquil escape perfect for couples or small families. With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, and space for up to 4 guests, this cozy cabin invites you to relax, unplug, and soak up the scenic beauty.



Inside, enjoy all the comforts of home—WiFi, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a real wood-burning fireplace for cozy nights in. Sleep comfortably with a queen bedroom on the main level, and a full bed in the upstairs loft with a half bath for ease and convenience.



Step outside and discover your own private retreat: unwind in the hot tub overlooking the bluff, grill up dinner on the charcoal grill, gather around the firepit, or simply lounge in the outdoor seating area and listen to the sounds of nature.

Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of a Rivian EV charger located in the central parking area by the gazebo at The Summit. The charger is fully operational and available for paid guest use.



By booking a Grant Summit Cabin vacation, you will have access to Paradise Pointe. Paradise Pointe is a neighboring community resort at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. 19 rentals at Paradise Pointe share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun!
