'Air conditioner stopped blowing cold during the night, and was very loud. Water in tub ran brown the first 3 minutes, then finally ran clear. Room was clean, staff did a good job, room just hasn’t been updated in a very long time.'

'Room 3. Nothing can be done about the few nats and mosquitoes that snuck into to room before my arrival. Once the pests were done in, my stay in room was very nice. Comfortable bed, soap and towels aplenty, air conditioner was small but cooled off the room with no problem. Room has a rug, did not use TV. Considering the great price and proximity to the Mackinac Island Ferry, highly recommend to the budget traveler'

'Cool little spot. Close to the water and walking g distance to the ferry and shops. Just needs to be cleaned better. There is only 1 ice machine which is not enough at all, and no laundry dry on the property'

'Room was very clean, only thing wasn't stock with t.tissue, had a cracked toilet seat, no plugs to plug alarm Click in, very deep hole in parking lot that we didn't see in the dark and drove into it and bottomed out front spoiler on my car. Very dangerous for a biker if not seen at night they could damage their bike or get thrown off going into parking lot. Could be a liability for the hotel. Very disappointed with no continental breakfast in the morning. Other than that a nice stay,...

'Front desk staff not very pleasant. Motel very run down and unkept. Very obvious no one cares about the place or guests. Pool was dirty and we wouldn’t even get in. Trash all along the beach. Very deceiving from pictures. Had alarm clock and coffee pot however neither had outlets to plug in near them only one was in bathroom right next to sink and cord had to go across sink real safe! I would not recommend this place at all. Exterior of place as disgusting.'

'The balcony had moss growing on it and the hand rail to room 28 was coming off the wall. The trash can for the room was super small. We told the housekeeper that was broke and no one came to fix it. We stayed for two nights and no one came to fix clean the room. With all the sand from the beach made the floor all sandy. The pictures online of the place were deceiving and the place on the outside did not match. The tiles in the pool were coming off.'

'Door to the room scratched so hard on the threshold that it was creating a groove into threshold. Bottom of door was held together by drywall screws. Also, there was a wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod from a previous guest. Other than that, it was decent.'

'We requested an accessible room. The bathroom was large, the countertop was elevated to accommodate wheel chair and there was a riser on the toilet. There was a tub which was not accessible. There are, I believe, 3 buildings. The pool was in the middle building and continental breakfast on second floor of building 3. If you have mobility issues, find other accomodations.'

'Staff was very friendly. Hotel was dated and needs repairs. Our screen door had the screen ripped so it was useless. Room had damp feel and odor. Water park definitely for younger kids. Rate for stay was definitely in line with quality of service and amenities. I definitely would not recommend it.'

'They are great for an overnight stay and not planning to stay in the room other than to sleep. Although outdated, the room was clean, the sheets smelled clean, no evidence of pests ( bed bugs, roaches, mice ) so that was good. Half the outlets in the room did not work though. The exterior was kinda yuck, the outside pool was definitely not in working condition.
