This beautifully refreshed mid-century home was converted in to a year-round short-term rental house in July 2021, inviting you to gather, host or rest during your stay in B/CS. At @TheParkwayHouse we offer two living areas with dimmable lights, a large kitchen with island seating and all of the important kitchen amenities (wine glasses, 12-cup coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils & spices).

The beds are super comfy and spacious, there are plenty of towels and all your basic needs will be provided for with welcoming details, as we strive to give you a five-star stay! Excellent WIFI with a private modem accommodates seamless streaming to the smart TV and a great work environment.

Feel at home by parking in the drive or on the street in front of our house, but please be mindful to not overfill street parking directly in front of the neighbors’ houses. You are welcome to instead use the street parking in front of the nearby park and school (3 doors down) to host additional guests during daytime hours, but not overnight.

No smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke on patio area. No pets allowed unless otherwise discussed. Quiet hours will be enforced at 9:00pm-no loud music, no loud outside conversations or parties. Do Not park on grass. Thank you for your consideration.

Check-in (4:00pm unless otherwise discussed):
Your front door entrance will be keypad coded to the last four digits of the phone number used at booking for convenience and ease. Your group can come and go as you please at check-in time, without the hassle of keys!

Check-out (11am unless otherwise discussed): Checkout list is provided online and also on the kitchen counter on arrival.
