Ideal apartment for travelers or families in the heart of Brusimpiano, with access through a courtyard decorated with vintage objects and close to the shores of Lake Lugano, making your stay truly enchanting.Located in a strategic position, it offers tranquility just a few steps from the lake while remaining well connected to Lugano and Varese (both about 30 minutes by car).An ideal location for enjoying nature as well as exploring interesting destinations in nearby Ticino.Various excursions on Lake Lugano are also available.



Arrival and Check in Check in is conducted in person. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and shown the apartment. A valid ID is required for guest registration. Access to the Property After unloading your luggage at the main entrance, cars can be parked in free public parking areas about 2 minutes from the residence. Please be careful on the narrow streets of the historic center when accessing the property.

At our apartment, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for sorting waste for recycling. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please also sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in outdoor areas.

Transportation and Connections Brusimpiano Public Transport Local buses connect Brusimpiano to Porto Ceresio and Varese. Trains to Varese and Milan depart from Porto Ceresio station. Boats on Lake Lugano connect Brusimpiano to nearby towns such as Lugano, Morcote, and Gandria. By Car Lugano: approximately 30 minutes by car. Varese: approximately 30 minutes by car. Milan: approximately 1 hour by car. Free public parking is available about 2 minutes from the property. Practical Tips The streets in the historic center are narrow; drive carefully. The main entrance allows for convenient luggage unloading. For day trips, a car is the most convenient way to explore the area and surroundings.

Two single bedrooms, each provided with linens, blankets, and pillows. Bathroom with shower, complete with towels and essential amenities for your stay. The apartment entrance opens onto a beautiful courtyard, featuring a large table and original decorations. The courtyard also provides access to three other apartments; if other guests are present, you may see them entering or exiting the shared area or share the table. Inside your apartment, you will have full privacy and all necessary amenities, including a private kitchen and bathroom. The presence of the owners in an apartment within the same building ensures immediate assistance during check in and for any needs during your stay. For guests arriving by car, the main entrance allows for easy unloading of luggage. Free public parking is available just 2 minutes from the property. Please be mindful of the narrow streets in the historic center.
