'This was a perfect little place for the weekend. Quiet yet walkable to downtown, I loved this rental. It was the weekend of my father's celebration of life and this was a perfect place to unwind and relax leading up to, and after, the celebration. The couple upstairs have a beautiful black dog, too!'

'location of property is great. Walkable to town.Apartment is comfortable. Only downside is the one bathroom and its very small sink. While it worked okay, we just found it tough with 4 people and one small bathroom.But, would recommend the property to anyone needing to stay in Brunswick'

'Downtown was close and a short walk. Three king beds was great. Great communication with the host. Loved the location. It is the first floor and the other unit was above and tenant wasn’t there until end but when arrived at night was noticeably. Could use another fry pan but we are a cooking group and not always restaurant people. 3 nights in early March. Was a great stay would definitely stay again. '

'We loved our stay here! What I loved most was the common area with the large sectional and seating area. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out! We used the kitchen for all meals and it was adequately stocked with everything we needed for cookware and utensils. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood and easy drive to the harbor. The only thing I would suggest to make it a better stay is more towels and adequate bedding for the pullout...

'It was our first trip to Boothbay and we couldn't have been more pleased!!! The Shipbuilder's retreat was well appointed in every way! Wide open, well cared for, and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and playing games in the evening. It was a convenient trip to the local grocery store, and was very near to all the beauty and joys of the Harbor, light house's, LL Bean (an hour), and hiking. We LOVE it! 'This property has no place to put things, very minimal kitchen equipment, no lamps, no comfy chair, no TV instructions, no bedding for extra beds. Very clean but challenging to actually stay there. Outside box with key very difficult to access, broke two nails trying.'
