'We really liked the pool and appreciated they stayed open the additional half and hour. The whole building was extremely clean and welcoming. We like the added security of the key in the elevator. The only problem we encountered was paying to park. We had no idea we would need the additional $70 to park for a 2 night stay. '

'Absolutely great service with the front desk accommodating a couple requests for me. The valet guys were especially customer oriented, having my car ready in advance for each time I needed it. Plus, it’s a beautiful hotel, as you would expect from Fairmont.'

'So I decided to ride my bike from Pittsburg to NYC. My plan was to find a hotel to drive to and spend the night, park my car long term, ride 6 days to NYC and then take Amtrak back to the hotel, spend the night and drive back home. I knew when I called this hotel and talked to Holly this was the place. Free long term parking and a warm friendly inviting voice promising this was the place! I'm happy to say Holly was right on all counts! Warm inviting staff when I checked in both times. No fuss...

'The lobby made us feel like we had entered a time machine; the magnificent architecture, the stunning marble and inlays were breathtaking. Our room was quiet and clean and well-stocked. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The Rebel Room, however, leads the list of our lovely experiences. Amazing menu, the best meal we'd had in our stay...and it was a short elevator ride to it!'

'We planned a weekend to visit the Penguins and Steelers and this hotel is perfectly suited downtown Pittsburgh, the stadiums are in walking distance. We ejoyed our stay.'
