'The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing.'

'Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and they took care to make sure we had a pet free room. The breakfast was delicious. Many choices and constantly being replenished. The only thing is the quality of plastic ware needs to be upgraded. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We always stay here on our FL trips. Great job.'
