'After a long haul journey and arriving from overseas at 2am, we were grateful for the free airport shuttle bus and 24 hour check in at Airport Gateway Hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating and we were able to arrange for a late check out, the night before, due to our jet lag.They kindly gave us extra coffee and milk, upon request. It was nice to be able to get filtered, chilled or bottled water at reception from the dispenser and reception. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.'

"I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble.
The room itself was modern and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the coffee was excellent.
Overall, I found the msocial hotel to offer excellent value for money. The friendly staff, helpful amenities, and comfortable accommodations made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily book again in the future."
