'Only downside of this hotel was not getting a refund for 2 of the three nights we had to cancel weeks in advance as our travel plans changed. We had reached out through Expedia to inquire about making the change and there was no response from the hotel. We went ahead and cancelled days 2-3 directly with the hotel. But no refund was granted. If it weren’t for this very concerning issue, we would have easily given 5 stars. Would resubmit a 5 star rating if the issue were resolved favorably. '

'The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, there were no noise issues. The sink wouldn't drain properly. It turned out that the plug was completely clogged; I dragged it out and it was full of long hair that smelled extremely foul. Clearly this hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The breakfast was rather poor, but that appears to be the standard for this type of chain hotel in the US. Barely any fresh and healthy options. Instead, you get prepacked toast...

'My wife and I always stay at this location when we come in to town. We love the proximity to the things we like to do while there. Rooms are always clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best out there for hotels, with warm delicious food. The staff is amazing, from the front desk people, to housecleaning to the breakfast room.
