'Outstanding service'

'My luggage was on the bed for less than 3 minutes before turning around and leaving to find a different hotel. Walls show the wear of 20 years, room smelled musty, AC replaced musty smell with extra musty smell, carpet was slick, bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, no water in bathroom, key car envelope was well-used previously with more than my room number in it. But the staff and manager were very nice and access to highway was quick.'

'Good price and very closed to the place that I went to visit'

'The hotel was neat and the rooms nice and big. We had a few small issues but these were solved for us within 2 days. The area is close to Katy Mills Mall and Dennys restaurant. Close to freeway.'

'Very friendly staff. Clean room, lobby and elevator areas. Breakfast was also really good.'

'The app did not allow me to give 5 stars across the board. Hotel was clean ,quiet , with great amenities. Staff was friendly and helped with printing a document and supplying us with a complimentary toothbrush. Highly recommend this hotel'

'Volledig naar wens en volgens de verwachtingen. Schone kamers, prima ontbijt en fijn personeel. De kamers zijn voorzien van alle benodigdheden en tevens standaard maar prima uitgerust. '

'All good. Would stay again.'
