Dirty, broken and
When we arrived we had no running water for 2 hours. We were told to go under house to turn on, so we did so we could flush the toilets. But then there was a major leak. Maintenance did come only after multiple calls to VRBO. The house needs to be taken off market until maintenance is done. Drive way over grown. Parking for only 1 car. The deck is filthy and has soft spots all over where wood is rotten. The front door code lock is worn out and difficult to get key in and out. It was obvious that the house was not cleaned as there was cob webs and dirt on floor. The pull out couch was soiled like a mechanic sat on it with dirty clothing. When we pulled it out it had mouse droppings in it. The bathroom door only has one door hanger and does not slide in and out. The outlet in bathroom is not operable. The toilet seat is not fixed on toilet so it slides. The master bedroom has spider webs and spiders which we cleaned off. The hot tub was half full and filthy. This place has potential to be nice. But obvious it has not been maintained at all. We did not stay the whole scheduled time due to the above and not fit for being on the market. We deserve a full refund however are told that the local management needs to follow up with us. When I did speak with management it was sadly not helpful. We were told it can take 3-5 business days or more. We did send multiple pictures to VRBO. Below are a few of the pictures. Had a hard time loading them all.
