'The room I had was clean and had some recent upgrades. A couple of notes: 1) the new paint in the bathroom couldn't cover up the so-so condition of the walls underneath. The tile, fixtures, and flooring in the bath were good though. 2) there were only 2 outlets available for the TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot to share so only 2 of them could be plugged in at a time. 3) there is also a shortage of outlets available in the rest of the room for chargers, etc. All in all, the room was...

'Not so clean and old furniture with lots of scratches etc. Perhaps my expectations where too high.'

'Modern grote kamers prima ontbijten eindelijk geen tapijt op de vloer maar laminaat'

'I will NEVER USE EXPEDIA'

'Toilet didn’t work well. And the room had a weird smell, kind of old. Location is good though.'

'Upon arrival to our room we found a pile of trash, walked into the room and didn't get the room we reserved. We went down to the lobby to ask and we were dismissed. Couple ours later our next door neighbors and across the hall neighbors had a disagreement which cause of the police to come not to mention the yappy dog next door for both nights we stayed. Dogs were aloud on the 1st floor, we were on the 2nd. Then we were informed by another guest that there had been a robbery on the 2nd floor...

'The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down.'

'Staff was very helpful'

'When I arrived they had already checked someone else in under my name. Not a fraud issue, they just mixed people up. The first room they gave me smelled like straight urine and was missing drawers from the dresser. The second room did not smell as bad but was missing drawers from the dresser and there was not a remote for the tv. Ac was great and the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. It’s not her fault the property manager/owner lets the hotel stay like this.'
