'At check-in, staff was having conversations with each other about other staff members and paid little attention to me, almost like I was an intrusion. They never greeted me and kept talking down about other staff members the whole time I was checking in. I didn't feel welcome at all. Rooms were adequate, about what you would expect for the amount paid. Run-down, mauled furniture, slight smell of Lysol trying to cover up the pet stench. Parking lot was a disgrace -- very icy and not salted....
