Brand New! Single Story Creekside Cabin! 2 large game rooms. Tons of family fun!

Stay a'Lyle Lodge was named for our oldest son, Braxton Lyle. This brand new single story cabin is 5,000 sq ft and sleeps up to 32 and is nestled into a 1.3 acre lot! There are four king suites with smart tvs, each having their own bathrooms. The cabin features large open living/kitchen/dining areas that are great for family memory making! The living room has a gas fireplace that makes for a comfy environment. This cabin features 2 large bunk room/game room combos that the kids will never be able to stop talking about. Each bunk room has 6 full size beds, in the form of triple bunks, as well as it’s own full bathroom. Bunk/game room 1 has an air hockey table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a smart tv with arcade games. Bunk/game room 2 has a pool table, a shuffleboard table, darts, and a smart tv. There is also a half bath in the hallway. The dining room table seats 12 with 8 additional bar seats. This cabin has a massive creek front deck with an outdoor kitchen with a grill and mini fridge, as well as a tv and fireplace. The hot tub is situated right next to the creek, so you can enjoy the sounds of nature while relaxing. *This cabin has a steep driveway that is fully paved.

Check in time is 4pm. Checkout is 11am.

Pet Rules: We have a 2 pet maximum. Please contact us if you are bringing more than one pet. Any Pets must be crated if left alone in the cabin. Pets are not to be left unattended under any circumstances. Pets are not to be allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges after checkout. For example excessive pet hair, urine, feces, any damage from pets, etc.

Pet Fee: $80 non-refundable fee per pet. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

* We do collect a $1200 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions.

Violation of any house rule including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

Hosted a milestone birthday for my husband's 50th and had family travel from afar for a cabin retreat. First night, we were grilling outside and the meat took forever because we couldnt increase the heat. After emailing, we were told the propane was directly connected to the gas line. Oh well, we finished cooking in the oven. Next day, we had plans to go boating and right before leaving, noticed a large puddle of water by a/c. We grabbed towels immediately to absorb puddle in hallway and closet on other side of wall. After emailing host, someone came out to flush the blockage due to lack of maintenence. We washed the towels so we wouldnt run out. Finally off to the lake..We came back only to find out we had no hot water. Several took very cold showers, young and old. I felt so bad. Additionally, my mother-in-law was cooking and the stove went out. We brought groceries to the cabin to make the birthday dinner and it didnt happen. Resorted to buying food to bring back to cabin to feed our guests and some ate leftovers. Another email was sent to host and she had gas company refill the propane but it was already too late. It was low which explained the first night. After mentioning all the above, the host said we shouldn't have stayed if we wanted a refund. She made it seem like we just wanted a "free stay" when all i asked was to make it right. Tell all 30 guests to leave? How rude. Did not pay to have all these issues. Also, black mold on ceiling? Better get that checked.

The property itself was beautiful—spacious, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed both indoors and outdoors. The host was kind and responsive, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that made the stay less comfortable. The weather was very hot and humid, and the patio fan couldn’t be used because the remote wasn’t working. More concerning, there was a recurring foul odor from the septic system every few minutes. It was strong and unpleasant enough that we often had to rush back indoors, which took away from enjoying the outdoor space. These two issues were disappointing given how nice the house itself was.

We had a wonderful stay! Amazing home with plenty of space to accommodate our family. We had 18, 13 adults, 5 children and when we were not out doing activities the area has to offer we were enjoying the two games rooms, back patio, hot tub and fire pit as well as the trivia on the living room tv. Jenna is a dream to work with and responded quickly to any questions, etc. we had during our stay.

Looks better in person than even the pictures! The place couldn’t have been more perfect for our group! The bunk rooms literally fit us perfectly, we had 12 girls and 12 boys in there and 3 couples so the king rooms were amazing! Love the layout of house. 2 washers and driers were great! The kids Loved the creek!! We also loved the location, that is was so secluded! The host was extremely quick to respond to anything I asked. Wonderful time here!!

Well appointed, tasteful luxury

We loved our stay here. The cabin is beautiful and spacious, with many engaging activities. This is our third trip to Broken Bow, and this cabin is our favorite so far!We really liked how elegant the cabin was. No taxidermy here, which is what we prefer. Supplies were amply provided. The kitchen appliances were a joy to work with.The two game rooms were so fun. We almost didn’t go out to see the sights because we were having such a good time!Fire pit right by the stream made the nights cozy! The deck is huge and gorgeous! A few tips: the road to the cabin is steep, winding, and bumpy. Part of it is unpaved. Driveway is also steep if this is a concern for you and your vehicle. We had no real problems in a luxury SUV. Also, the backyard is not really that private; you can see your neighbors outside and they can see you at the firepit or in the hot tub if this is something that bothers you.We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this cabin!

Amazing place!

We enjoyed our time here so much! The home is beautifully decorated and well laid out. We had all our entire family in the home for Thanksgiving and we never felt crowded. It’s so open and spacious, especially in the common areas. Everything we needed was provided and much more. The location was amazing, and it felt very private. Jenna was so responsive and helpful and great to deal with. We will definitely be coming to this property again!
