This property enjoys a fantastic location close to the harbour in Brixham, which lies on the western side of Torbay in the beautiful English Riviera. The town caters for a large range of tastes and interests, with the marina offering boat trips, several beaches, an array of eateries, some interesting shops, and stunning coastal walks. There is even a life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind, moored in the harbour, which offers five decks of interesting hands-on exhibits. There really is something for everyone here.

A path leads to the front door of this handsome property, of which the apartment occupies the ground floor. On arrival guests will be able to sit back and relax after the journey in the attractive lounge, with its large bay window offering views over the town’s harbour. There is ample seating here with two sofa's from which to enjoy the views, or perhaps catch up with a favourite programme on the Smart TV. The separate kitchen/diner has a dining table alongside the kitchen units which comprise an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A door leads onto a courtyard and covered storage area, which makes a great space to store bicycles. The restful bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe, The apartment offers a large walk-in shower and WC.

Outside, there is a shingled garden to the front of the property with seating and sea views. There is parking for one car provided nearby
