'Hotel is in very good location . There are lots of restaurants around area and a nice coffee shop just across the street . It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway. All staffs of the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. Happy experience for staying in the hotel for two nights.'

Some rooms are a little louder as they don’t have sound proof window glassing and it’s right next to highway. 'Very nice hotel, a few minutes walk from Naning Road and the metro station. Al lot of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood . Very nice pool with very friendly service. The rooms and lobby can use an update.'

'One of the best hotels in Shanghai, with a President's and Royal suite that has been used by the big and powerful people on Earth. A few years ago they were overbooked and I got the president's suit (in basic state, of course - if a real president would show up for sure all tapestry and so on would be changed). This time a normal suite. Hotel is somewhat ageing, but still top class - something you pay for, of course. All amenities and staff are flawless. Great garden. '
