To ensure a safe, peaceful, and comfortable stay for all, we kindly ask that guests observe the following:


House Rules:

- This is a peaceful residential area — no parties or loud music are allowed.

- Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property to help prevent water damage or theft.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.

- Pets are not permitted.


Fees & Responsibilities:

- Disturbances may result in a £250 penalty fee.

- Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement charge.

- Please report any damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible — failure to report could result in an additional charge.

- Any serious damage may be flagged to the booking platform and charges may apply.


Check-Out Information:

- Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

- Late check-out without prior approval may incur a charge equivalent to an additional night.

- Kindly return keys to the original collection point before departure to avoid any penalties.
