This apartment does not include on-site parking, but there are several nearby secure parking options. We’re happy to recommend options.
(Most carparks have a 2.3m clearance – booking in advance is recommended.)
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and building facilities for the duration of their stay.
Guests receive 1 key and 1 access card by default.
A second set can be arranged with a refundable $200 security deposit (for lost-prevention and building safety purposes) which is refundable at the end of your stay.
Check-in is smooth and contactless, with full instructions provided prior to arrival.

Getting Around Queen’s Wharf & Brisbane CBD
Public Transport
Trains: Queen’s Wharf Residences are just a 9‑minute walk from Queen Street Bus Station, with South Brisbane, Central, and Roma Street train stations all within about 1–1.5 km of the building.
Buses & Metro: Several bus routes serve nearby stops, including the free City Loop Bus that runs through the CBD .
The new Brisbane Metroroutes (M1 and M2) also operate nearby, offering high-frequency, rapid transit service across the busway corridor through the city.
CityGlider: High-frequency bus services like the Blue CityGlider (Route 60) connect West End, South Bank and Teneriffe;
the Maroon CityGlider (Route 61) connects South Bank via Woolloongabba to Coorparoo Square. They run frequently and operate 24‑hour on weekends.
Ferry: The North Quay CityCat ferry terminal is just a short walk away, great for scenic trips along the river to South Bank, New Farm, Eagle Street and beyond.
Walk & Cycle: The pedestrian Neville Bonner Bridge, opened August 2024, connects Queen’s Wharf directly across the river to South Bank Parklands with broad paths and scenic viewpoints.
Driving & Parking
On‑site Parking: There’s paid parking available at The Star Brisbane, just above the integrated resort precinct where the residences are located.
Entry and exit points are on William Street (Car Park A) Queens Wharf Road (B) and Margaret Street (C); note these all feed into the same internal car park.
Please reserve in advance, as space is limited and access is only granted at check‑in
You can also park at `First Park` secure car park on albert street, where you`d find the daily limit to be $42 and night rate (after 3pm) will be $11.
It’s essential to pre‑book and follow signage carefully. And no, unfortunately we cannot book it for you but we can assist you by providing the relevant links.
Ride‑Share & Taxi
For ride‑shares or taxis, set The Star Brisbane as your destination. Drop‑off is via the Star grand porte cochere (entry D) or the taxi pick‑up/drop‑off area (Point E)—both a very short walk to the Residences.
Thinking of a longer stay? Guests who book 28 nights or more enjoy an exclusive monthly discount, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change (just message us to arrange a time that suits you), as well as early check-in. The longer you book, the greater the discount!
To keep things simple and stress-free, a small damage waiver fee is included with every booking as part of our insurance requirements. It protects you from accidental damage. Please read the House Rules for full details.
We want every guest to enjoy a clean, peaceful, and comfortable stay. Please take a moment to review and follow the house rules below:
🚭 No Smoking or Drugs
Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
✅ A designated outdoor smoking area is available. Marijuana use inside or around the property is strictly prohibited.
Fine: $300 plus cleaning and repair costs.
No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and
videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not
exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior
cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
🎉 No Parties
This is a peaceful building. Parties, gatherings are not allowed.
Fine: $950 plus immediate eviction if rules are broken.
👥 Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Fine: $150 per unregistered guest per night
🐾 No Pets (Though We Love Them!)
As much as we adore animals, pets are not permitted in Queen Wharf Residence and its surroundings.
💸 Fine: $800 Council fine for unauthorised pets.
🔇 Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
