The first room had very poor cleanliness. I saw dust about 1 cm thick on the curtains (not joking). There were three chairs in the room—two of them were wobbly, and one was even worse: the leg was already rotting. Anyone who sat on it would almost certainly fall when it broke apart. I wish I could share photos here.
A couple of amenities were also out of order, but I couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was fully booked. I'm not sure why they would release a room in such condition—it only damages their reputation.
Also, the service hours start at 9:00 am, but clearly, no one was working on time. They really need to improve their service.
Even though they gave us a better room on the second day, the shock from the first room was hard to forget.
