'I enjoyed a short stay, 1 night but the hot tub & sauna were great and the best part was enjoying the sunrise on the shore, so even though I had a room that wasn’t facing the lake, it was easy to go downstairs & walk outside. The bonfire going outside when I arrived late in the evening was a cozy option.'

He just showed up in common space with a diingy dirty appearance. Then “yells” at my nephew for leaving a door open. This door was how my handicapped 86 year old mother entered her room on the main floor. In the evening when returning from our family wedding, we could not use the door that directly led to her room on the main...

'Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice.'
