'Nous avons choisi cette maison pour fêter la nouvelle année entre amis avec nos enfants. La maison est telle que sur les photos vaste et confortable. Elle est par ailleurs très bien située dans un quartier très calme près de la Charente et à proximité de Cognac et des zones commerciales. Le jardin qui donne sur un bosquet est très agréable et doit être encore plus joli en été. Toute la logistique s'est très bien passée de la contractualisation jusqu'au remboursement de la caution.
