'The owners were very courteous and friendly. We only stayed the one night, but we were impressed with the condition and standard of the room. All the little extras were extreamly thoughtful, inc a small sewing kit, playing cards, a fridge with fresh milk, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, toiletries, iron, radio, tissues, water, immaculately clean linen and towels. Breakfast was tasty and filling with a variety of hot food as well as cereals, fruit, toast and juice. Very highly recommended....

'Property very good - clean,comfortable, well fitted out. Everything worked. Location is excellent with about 15min walk to 6 miles or so of beach. Also easy to travel around Nth Yorkshire. Only minor downsides are no wifi and an iffy mobile signal. All in all though a very enjoyable week '

'The B&B is perfectly positioned only 3 mins walk from The Bridlington Spa where we went to watch McFly. My daughter and I felt safe walking back to the B&B late at night. The room was beautiful with en-suite and special chocolates with a coffee station. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and cooked specially for each guest. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back when we need to go to another gig. Thankyou.'

'We stayed here to be close to Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough head for walking and birdwatching. Having a residents'car parking permit included in the price was excellent. 'A beautiful mobile home, actually much better than the photos showed, including having a proper bath in the bathroom!! Good location for getting out and about, walking to the beach on site is very steep and if you're not good at walking, it would be a challenge, but there are plenty of good beaches that are accessible locally. Only down side was the full glass door in the lounge area without blinds, so sitting in your jammies was in full view of anyone walking past!'
