I chose this room because it had a kitchen, but the breaker tripped just from using the microwave and coffee maker at the same time. At night, there was no staff at the front desk, and no emergency contact information was provided. I had no choice but to contact both Expedia and Vrbo, but the response was far from smooth—it took two full hours from my initial call to get the power restored. If the hotel had simply provided an emergency contact, the issue could have been resolved in 10 minutes.
This is a Vrbo property, not an Expedia property, so I would not recommend booking it through Expedia. When trouble occurs, Expedia cannot handle the issue directly and tells you to contact Vrbo instead, which leads to being passed around without clear responsibility. I found the whole process unhelpful and unprofessional.
