'The unit was in a fantastic location for access to all of downtown Jackson. The rooms were a bit dated but fine for our stay. Some repair issues were noted to management. Inoperable ceiling fan in one room, air conditioning only in main room not bedrooms and did not function well. Screens missing or torn in some windows. 'I hate to give anyone a bad review but the unit was not very clean and it smelled dirty. The living room and dining room furniture were very old and looked dirty and worn.The bathroom looked to be remodeled and was clean and the towels seemed new so that was probably the best part.It was not clear that the bed was lofted and up a ladder which was not ideal or very easy to navigate in the middle of the night.You can hear everything from the people that live above so there really is no privacy...

'I arrived early to park and happened to speak with a member of the host's team. He was very helpful and welcoming. The unit was spotless and provided everything we needed. The one maintenance issue was with the refrigerator, which worked fine but was so noisy that we turned it off overnight. Probably this is fixed by now.
