'Jim was responsive and the rental was as shown online. There was an odd smell when we entered but we used the provided candle and it quickly went away. Some warm blankets would have made the stay amazing. The fresh roasted coffee beans were the highlight.'

'We stayed in the two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and it was great. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was adequately equipped, and the entire space was very clean. The location is great—right in downtown Jackson and close enough to walk most everywhere in town. The property management was always very quick to reply to texts and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here! '

'I hate to give anyone a bad review but the unit was not very clean and it smelled dirty. The living room and dining room furniture were very old and looked dirty and worn.The bathroom looked to be remodeled and was clean and the towels seemed new so that was probably the best part.It was not clear that the bed was lofted and up a ladder which was not ideal or very easy to navigate in the middle of the night.You can hear everything from the people that live above so there really is no privacy...

'This cute little unit was just steps from downtown. Everything was walking distance. And having a parking spot right in front of our unit was great! This place was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! We loved having a full kitchen. There were so many towels for the bathroom. We loved that. Communication with the host was excellent. We felt very cared for. We will definitely be back again.'
