The cottage, attached to the owners’ house, offers direct access and parking spaces. The property is bordered by a mountain stream.



On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance with a cloakroom opening onto a bright living/dining room with access to a spacious, tree-lined terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
