'It dumped the day we arrived (17 in) and our front wheel drive vehicle didn’t make it up the drive to the condo (the chains on one of our tires broke so perhaps we would have made it up otherwise?) That being said, the condo was a great size for our group of nine and once we found the path, an easy walk right out to the middle of a beginner run that allowed access to all of Navajo. The downstairs area (with a Nintendo 64) was a fun space for the kids to hang out while the adults could hang out...

'The stay was enjoyable. Everything was very clean as described. I had a great time using the steam and dry sauna, soaking in the hot tub and swimming in the room-temperature pool. Everything was great. Thank you.'

'Location is great, the unit is small, perfect for a couple. Everything you need for a quick getaway is there except for dish sponge and paper towels which we got the next day. Brooke was great, pleasant and friendly. To my standard, the unit could use a little cleaning (the eating utensils and the tray were dirty)…otherwise, the unit is perfect…Brian Head resort is amazing with close proximity to beautiful parks…'

'The condo was cute. It could use some updating but it’s very functional. The carpets definitely need cleaned though. The hallway noise from children and others walking is pretty loud. This condo has the bed set up right by the front door so the noise is pretty loud. The bed would be better set up in the back room where the sitting area is because it’s more private and quiet there. The indoor pool was nice but it is going to be closed through October of 2024 if the listing doesn’t get...

'Property is in a good location. The swimming pool and hot tub are in the building next door which is a challenging walk in the cold lol. The room itself is functional, clean, and roomy just a bit dated and the fireplace was out of order when we went. All in all it’s a good location and a functional room fora young family. TV was good and had subscriptions to most streaming services which was also good at night.'
