This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. A paved driveway provides off-street parking for multiple vehicles, adding ease to your stay.  A custom ramp leads to the front porch and entrance, offering added ease of access (please note that the home is not ADA compliant). The side entrance welcomes you into a fully updated kitchen designed for both function and style, featuring an electric stove, dining table for four, traditional coffee maker, and a full complement of dishes, cookware, and utensils for preparing meals at home.

The cozy living room is an inviting space to relax after a day of exploring Brevard. Enjoy comfortable seating, a smart TV ready for your favorite streaming services, family-friendly games, and a gas log fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are conveniently located just off the main living area. Bedroom 1 features a plush king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep.
