Perfect location and the best-stocked kitchen ever!

Kevin's home was just the right size for our family of 6. The location could not be more beautiful, and we had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen and pantry were chock full--best stocked kitchen we have ever had! Kevin was very good about communicating and offered us an early check-in. It was a wonderful week!

Lovely home on a peaceful inlet. The kitchen was very well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and the owner was very responsive. Loved the warm welcome we received with two bottles of local wine (delicious!). We also thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and cruising around on the water. We saw jellyfish, seals, otters, and crabs. Very cool for us Midwesterners! The house was also centrally located between Olympic and Mount Rainier National Parks, which was great for us.

Perfect family vacation spot

So many great things to say about this place! The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. They provide so many things to do on the water and our family had such a great time playing on the lake, in the hot tub or lounging on the back patio. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean, super comfortable and well stocked. The area is very quiet and the views are spectacular. Waterfront Bremerton

Beautiful waterfront house with many amenities. We greatly enjoyed the week that we spent at this house in Bremerton. We loved soaking in the hot tub with views of Dyes Inlet. The house was in excellent condition and all furniture was comfortable. Truly felt at home during our stay.

Fabulous family vacation rental

We were so impressed by the beauty and serenity of the setting, the generosity of the owner, and the abundance of amenities. A fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy and fun. Our 3-year-old grandson loved all of the toys provided, and the adults enjoyed the kayaks and other water toys, the fire pits, and the beautiful patio. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful waterfront experience

We stayed 7 nights at the Erlands Point beach house in June '23. The host, Kevin, went out of his way to make our stay special and communicated well. The house was immaculate, beds comfortable, and location was great. We enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub, kayaks, and especially the deck with a wonderful view. We saw seals, otters, and Eagles, and enjoyed exploring the beach at low tide with clams, crabs and sand dollars. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this home for your waterfront vacation.

Beautiful waterfront get away

This waterfront property is unique in the puget sound. It had everything our reunion with 8 friends were hoping for- beautiful, clean, well stocked and full of amenities from a hot tub, a deck over looking the water, water toys, and beautiful location and setting. The house even had a mooring buoy for our 42' boat. It was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful home on the water

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend renting here. The house is beautiful with an incredible view of the water and outdoor decking. The house has everything anyone would need for cooking, entertaining, or just relaxing with family over a movie or games. The listing is very accurate and we don’t have one problem at all. Lovely week at a beautiful, comfortable home.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Erlands Point Beach House. We had a wide range of ages, from 6 to 65 and all of us enjoyed all of the amenities on the property. From the hot tub, to the kayaks and paddle board, and just sitting enjoying the views from all of the scenic decks. And even some fishing off of the dock and walking the beach (lots of shells and sand dollars). The area is beautiful and there is plenty to do. We plan on revisiting the area and this lovely spacious home would be our first choice. We had left behind a souvenir and Kevin was kind enough to mail it to us. Great host!

Absolutely Perfect!

We brought our family to celebrate our 35th anniversary and had a fantastic time! Everything about the house was perfect; the location, the view, the size ... it was comfortable for 8 adults. Kevin was an amazing host and we had everything we needed for the week. We loved that we could relax on the deck, play in the water, sit in the hot tub, go for walks, read, make a fire at night. And the view was incredible!!We spent a week and never got in our car. Absolutely perfect family vacation. Thank you, Kevin! We will be back!!

FANTASTIC HOME ON THE WATER

Our two families had the best time. It was the most relaxed I have ever been on a trip and staying in a VRBO. They had everything we could need. The kayaks and paddle boards were well used. The views were unbelievable. The deck had lots of great seating and the hot tub was nice to have for our girls after they swam in the inlet. They provided the wood for the firepit. Lots of life vests. A great coffee station. The bedrooms were all super comfortable and they provided lots of towels. Thank you so much!!! We definitely will be back.

Awesome Weekend!!

We had the most relaxed and enjoyable weekend. Kevin was attentive to all my text messages, and his YouTube videos on how to use the sound system were so helpful. The house was immaculate. We could not have asked for a better weekend, and the weather was incredible. Hot tub, fully stocked kitchen to cook, kayaks, and paddleboards. We had an amazingly relaxed weekend. We even had the opportunity to see a Bald Eagle fly over the house frequently, and Sunday, there were sea otters. We will be back! We decided it was the annual girls' trip house.

PARADISE IN THE NW!!!

If I could give 1000 stars I would!!!! First, the owner Kevin is AMAZING!!!!! Not only super cool to work with and very responsive, but incredibly thoughtful to spare no details to ensure the home has everything you might possibly need, want, or use. Goes the extra mile to set out a cute little welcome sign and bottles of wine!!! And, has taken the time to put together a notebook with excellently detailed information about the home and how to use many of the amazing amenities provided as well information on the surrounding neighborhood and beyond. The home is stunning, beautifully appointed with such personal detail, and stocked with everything! The master is spacious with an amazing shower and tub! And the view!!!!!!! To wake up to that, relax on the deck to that, and to watch the sun go down with that! Life doesn't get better! And the BBQ, smoker, outdoor frig, and hot tub! All just WOW! No where is there a better rental or rental owner on VRBO! Seriously, you should take a vacation just to come stay in this home! (and don't miss walking down the beach 100 yards and crabbing with the locals!) Thanks for sharing it with us Kevin! It made my niece's wedding weekend that much more special!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We went to Washington for our son's wedding. We needed a place for our immediate family. This beach house was perfect! Kevin was extremely attentive to any questions we had and the house had everything we would possibly need. We even had the rehearsal dinner outside on the deck and patio overlooking the inlet. It was magical and wonderful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the breeze coming off the inlet at night into the house was spectacular. If you needed air conditioning, you had it. But we rarely ran it. The bathrooms had everything that you would need from hair dryers to soap and shampoo. The kitchen had all utensils, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc. There was even a pantry that had plenty of stock of things that you might not think you need, but do. We used the pellet grill outside one night for hamburgers. It ran like a champ. And sitting out on the deck, drinking wine and enjoying the views, especially the sunset was special. We even took the kayaks out one day for a nice paddle in the inlet. It was great. And we loved watching the high and low tides each day we were there. The location is perfect. We were not too far from shops and grocery stores. Yet you felt like you were away from it all. We definitely will come back for a vacation. But having our rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding with his new family was special at this place.

Perfect house for a family gathering . Very clean and comfortable, and what a view. We loved the stocked pantry. We flew in for a mountain top wedding for our son. Enjoyed our time here. Pantry and Refrigerator were stocked. We had to maneuver things around to fit what we brought. Plenty of toys for the little kids to play with. Host responded right away with any questions. Family enjoyed the fit put on the deck at night. Two negatives A/C was really weak in the upstairs. Carpet was clean, however there was pet stains. Concerning with toddlers crawling around.

Good House with Amazing Deck

Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of space. The sonos sound system in the house and outside was amazing to go with the regular grill and smoker. Beautiful views and a nice fire pit and hot tub to finish off the night.
