'Huge flea infestation in the room. Didn’t notice it at first and then looked down and they were jumping all over my socks and covered the floor. I had 51 bites in a short period of time. They refunded my room and reported that they’d have pest control treat it, but it has been 5 nights since our stay and I’m still not sleeping from the flea bites. Bathroom also smelled like urine which tells me their cleaning crew misses a lot'

'Such a cool concept. Fun decor. Nice restroom and shower. Towels could be better. The area in general felt unsafe at times. The parking space are tight and it is loud. You hear everything in the other rooms and courtyard. As well as the road noise. Traffic can be very bad in that area during seasons lighting could be better. No sure about the breakfast. Seemed odd to only have oatmeal as an option. Coffee was really good. Doors are heavy! Key fob is very hard to see in the dark. '

'I have no complaints except that in room 218 the window is cracked really bad and also the door doesn't close right unless you get a little physically with it and you can't lock the window so nice too know anybody can break in if they wanted 2 in room 218 other than that me and my wife really enjoy being here.'

'There were things in my room that did not work, ie table lamp by the bed (dark) ....and very dark even with the lights on. Very clean though, staff was kinda helpful....I needed to get my luggage in with the help of a "mover" thing....I had a hard time with it getting to roll around to my room because of the doors... no offer was extended to help....they were kinda nice....mostly on the cell phone.... I am 74 and walk with a cane...I had to maneuver this on my own, no offer to hold the...
