Situated just south of historic Main Street, you’ll be minutes from boutique shopping, local dining, and year-round events in Breckenridge. Whether you’re visiting for world-class skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort, scenic hiking and biking trails, or summer festivals, this riverside condo places you in the heart of it all.

Guests of Tannenbaum can enjoy access to the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center (offsite, located across Columbine Road) with an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor oversized hot tubs, and changing rooms. What a perfect way to end your long day of skiing or riding! (SEASONAL - SUBJECT TO SPRING/FALL CLOSURES). Please note that the Columbine Pool will be closed beginning Monday, September 28, and will reopen Friday, October 30, 2026. The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
