This beautiful two bedroom Breckenridge condo boasts views of the mountain and town from all sides! It is one of two of this floorplan in the building with both bedrooms and living area on the same level. No additional steps inside the unit! Enjoy the remodeled bathroom in the master bedroom and soak up the views of the historic dredged right from the bedroom windows. The open concept living area will make cozying up to the gas fireplace and prepping dinner in the kitchen a family event. With the private deck guests can take in a spectacular view of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and the Blue River flowing along the Riverwalk into downtown Breckenridge. The complex is equipped with a fitness room, heated underground parking (clearance is 7'8"), ski equipment storage, and a community hot tub.

Walkable Downtown Condo

Great location for a walkable experience. Good view from the two bedrooms of the Blue River. Would have a GREAT view of the mountain range from the outside deck, except for the tree right in front blocking it. I’m all about views, and that was a bit disappointing-although it does show it on the photos-so it wasn’t a surprise. Condo was clean and spacious for my family of four adults. Very close to bus stops, although we just walked everywhere. Beautiful weather in mid June, no big crowds, no wait to get in anywhere. Would stay here again.

After 20 years my return to Breck was great

The location was outstanding. Service great my only complaint is the tv didn't work and our access to the patio area was limited as it wasnt shoveled. A small inconvenience as we were die hard skiers. Thank you

Dec vacation

The unit was well supplied with essentials (towels, soaps, dishwasher and laundry detergents) and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Excellent for a comfortable stay with the ability to cook instead of eating out for every meal. Only ding to the stay was that the cable TV box in the master bedroom didn't work right - most channels gave an error. So no TV in bed. But the boxes in the other bedroom and the living room worked. The location is outstanding. Views from all rooms and the balcony were amazing - we arrived the day before it snowed and woke up to a 'winter wonderland' view from every window. Views are equally great on a sunny day. Close to bus stops (for both the Breck FreeRide and Summit Country buses) and Main St.

Great location and cozy unit

This location is fantastic to both main street, gondola, and wine festival location (Lodge/ Maggie's). It is clean and has everything you need, but the carpet, furniture, plants, furnishings etc is a little dated. Quite building with underground parking (which if crowded could be a tight fit) . Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Experience

This was the coziest and most convenient loft! The pictures that are posted do not do this space justice. The views are absolutely incredible and it is very spacious. All of downtown is within walking distance. We absolutely loved this loft and would most definitely book again!

Great Location

We had a fantastic time celebrating Christmas as a family in Breck. The condo was wonderful. My only complaint is we had a hard time controlling the temperature. It would swing from really hot, to comfortable, then chilly. We couldn’t seem to regulate it. The parking is easy, the ski valet is awesome and the condo is as described. Tip, bring your own coffee upon arrival, filters are provided but no coffee grounds. We did leave ours there upon departure for the next guest. Additionally, buy a bag of ice, the ice maker does not work. Overall, truly a great spot!

Roomy, centrally located condo

Stayed here with our baby for a weekend trip to Breck. The primary bedroom is very large, which worked great for setting up the baby’s pack and play in the room with us. Also nice that it is set off from the other rooms so we could eat dinner and talk without waking her. There are no stairs to navigate if you access the condo using the elevator from the garage. We carried the stroller down the handful of steps to exit from the lobby level. The condo is very close to Main Street, great for walking around. The views are fantastic in all directions, especially considering the condo is only on the 2nd floor! Would stay here again.

All went well. Great location near the slopes and food. Also a corner unit so good views from the interior. Complimentary ski valet too. Finding the leasing office at night to get the keys was a little difficult just because of how dark the streets are but no one can help that.

We were unable to access most of the channels on the TV. Of the hundreds listed in the Guide, only a few basic (boring) ones were available to watch. Seems like when you pay this much for a unit, you should have access to more channels. Otherwise, great place!
