Speaking of slopes, this home is within walking distance from the 8-Passenger BreckConnect Gondola and Snowflake lift, so after enjoying a delicious breakfast, throw on your ski gear and head up the mountain to enjoy the white powder ski runs - beginners will love trying out their ski legs on slopes like Sundown and Bonanza. Afterward, thaw out with a good soak in the shared hot tub, steam in the community sauna, or take a dip in the pool.

Nearby, downtown Breckenridge is waiting with all kinds of family-friendly activities, awesome restaurants, and unique shops to explore. Stop into places like Street Station, Main Street Mall, and Towne Square Mall for some upscale shops and bookstores. Empire Burger, The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, Downstairs At Eric's, and Flip Side Breckenridge are all local favorites to check out.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
