    De River Mountain Lodge biedt het gemak en comfort van een condominium (met hotelvoorzieningen) in het hart van het historische centrum van Breckenridge. De lodge ligt aan de overkant van de straat vanaf het einde van de 4 O'Clock Run op de hoek van Park Ave. En Ski Hill Road, en op slechts een steenworp afstand van het Riverwalk Center en het nieuwe Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Ga gewoon naar beneden, loop over de straat en je bent thuis! The River Mountain Lodge ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van Main Street Breckenridge en een korte pendeldienst naar de gondel of de Peak 9-basis. Het is de perfecte combinatie van berggeest en gemak.

    River Mountain Lodge W318 is een comfortabel tweevoudig appartement met een uitstekende nabijheid van alles wat u zoekt in een Breckenridge ski vakantie. Alle gemakken van thuis zijn hier, inclusief een volledige keuken, twee badkamers, een lcd-tv en een gas open haard naar lounge na na het skien. Fun Downtown Breck Getaway

We had a wonderful stay for the weekend. The location is ideal for skiing and also for downtown activities after a day on the slopes!

Location was great. It was very warm and inviting. We had the best time due its proximity to all the stores and gondola access to peak 8. We will definitely expect to use your services in the near future.

This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed for a great summer stay. And the location was second to none. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Breck.

Very simple 1 BR located near everything . It was all that my wife and I needed for a quick 2 day visit . Staff was great and checked in on us daily to make sure all was going well.

Location is the best aspect of this rental. Walking distance to Main St, trails, etc. Room was clean and the complex was quiet. Furnishings we're somewhat worn and dated, but functional.

Dimly lit, stairs squeak, 2 rips in couch (one pic enclosed), washer unreliable, carpets needs cleaned, fan missing a blade. Some led bulbs in table lamps would do wonders for that place…..host was good communicator and check in was fairly easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really appreciated the location of this lovely condo which allowed for Main Street exploration, walking-biking path access, etc. Clean and comfortable space and nicely stocked kitchen. Do have stairs to the bedroom/bathroom area, but a bathroom on the main living level is available. Would recommend and would re-book again.

We’ll kept, very clean, pleasant hot tub and pool, PLUS easy parking in downtown Breckenridge! W321 was next to an area that seemed to be drying with fans but only audible in the entryway of the unit. One safety problem needs to be fixed: the only switch for the stairway light is at the top of the stairs.

The facility is undergoing some renovation and the room itself is somewhat dated, but that ends any negativity! The place was clean, the owners highly responsive, and everything worked as expected. The kitchen appliances are all updated which made making dinner a snap. The highlight is probably the location. You couldn't really get closer to downtown and everything is in easy walking distance. Check-in required a little communication but it was quickly worked out. The porch was great, accommodations on point, and everything exactly as depicted. We would happily stay again!

No Need For a Car, Close to Everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: River Mountain Lodge is close to Main St, the gondola, and everything in the town of Breckenridge. We also had a place to park, which is great, we did not have to drive very much, except when we drove to Frisco and Silverthorne. The Condo was two story with two bathrooms, this was perfect for us and our friend. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, extra blankets, towels and pillows.

Since this property was managed by someone other than Breck/Vail, no one at the properties desk could help us and this property management company couldn’t do anything about it…like as simple as get us towels.

River Mountain Lodge

The River Mountain Lodge is a super convenient place to stay when skiing at Breckenridge. There are multiple shuttles that take you, in one stop, to the gondola and the 4 o'clock trail down the mountain dumps you out, literally, right across the street from the lodge. The ski/board check in the lodge lobby is really nice. The team is helpful and quick to retrieve your equipment. We found our set up to be very clean, quiet, and appointed to meet our needs. The 2 full baths were convenient and the king sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The walk to the Main Street is a block and all the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge are easily accessible from the lodge.

overall

arrive late, after hours and had smooth process of obtaining key for entry in condo. there was supposed to be a parking pass in the condo but it was not there so it was rather frustrating having to track down a parking pass to prevent any tickets or towing. fireplace on switch (gas logs) was not an instant fire, which i was concerned about gas building up, the fire would come on , then would just turn off. on a good note, the location was great, staff at complex was very friendly. condo i s average .

This has a fantastic location & could be lovely! The unit is in desperate need of repair. The cushions on the sofa & love seat are ripped, the 1980's are over. The pillows need to be thrown away, they are gross & the sofa need to be replaced. The window treatments have holes in them. The carpet is ripped. The wood furniture need to be touched up where it is scratched & damaged. It is truly time for an upgrade and refurbishment. The exterior door is wicking at the base. Definitely could be an awesome space, but it is bedraggled. It was cleanish. Such a lovely location. We did take pictures of the damage when we arrived.

Unit was well worn. Bathroom shower did not work; sofa was slashed in 2 places… A wet rag in the kitchen floor turned out to be an indicator of plumbing leaks that created mold under the sink and along the kitchen toe-molding. Before we even got moved in, we discovered an inch of water on the kitchen floor. The management initially told us we would have to wait 3-4 days for the leak to be solved and they refused to move us. Once they were made aware of the mold and that the unit was uninhabitable, they offered us another condo about 2 miles out of town. Because it was also a 3rd floor walk up, we declined. We drove back home, an hour away rather than stay.
