Le River Mountain Lodge offre la commoditĂ© et le confort d'un condominium (avec des Ă©quipements de l'hĂŽtel) au cƓur du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge. Le lodge est situĂ© en face de la fin de l'4:00 Run au coin de Park Ave. et Ski Hill Road, et Ă  seulement un jet de pierre du centre Riverwalk et le nouveau Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Juste ski vers le bas, traverser la rue et vous ĂȘtes Ă  la maison! À seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons de Main Street Breckenridge et Ă  quelques minutes en navette de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine ou de la base du Peak 9, le River Mountain Lodge est la combinaison parfaite de la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et de la commoditĂ© de la montagne.

River Mountain Lodge W309 est un spacieux, deux niveaux condo avec une vue magnifique sur les pentes de la terrasse. Il y a une cuisine complÚte, deux salles de bains, d'une télévision à écran LCD et d'un foyer au bois au salon par aprÚs le ski. La table à manger quatre siÚges, et il y a place pour trois au comptoir pour un petit déjeuner ou aprÚs-ski collation rapide. Vous profiterez également du lave-linge / sÚche-linge, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un parking souterrain (une voiture) avec accÚs par ascenseur, d'un centre de remise en forme, d'une piscine extérieure chauffée et de bains à remous.

Conference Getaway

We were in Breckenridge for a conference. Easy transition as shuttle picked up outside resort. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, even Gondala was close walk. But shuttle service easy and would take you if you didn’t want to walk. Would stay here again

Empty nester get a way

The condo unit is in a great location. You can walk to town , get on the gondola and hit the hiking trails. The bed in the loft area is very comfortable. If you have trouble going up stairs this unit might not be for you as it has a very small spiral staircase leading up to the loft. The upstairs bathroom is a bit dark at night. There is no light in the shower.

Great Location for Week-end Visit

The property was perfect for a weekend visit with my son and his baby. It is right around the corner from the Main Street. The property management customer service was excellent. Great at keeping info we needed in front of us. Also checked in on us! The building had great amenities including a restaurant / bar in lower level with friendly service and good food! It was exactly as we expected and we would return.

Perfect Mountain Access

The ease of access to the mountain in the morning via the shuttle and the ability to ski in at any point during the day made this an ideal stay. We also enjoyed the half block stroll to main street in the evening as well as the amenities on site.

Spring in Breck

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ve stayed at many properties in Breck and we chose this one for a quick weekend away. It was clean, great location and easy check in process. The only downfall is the gym doesn’t open until 8am. We also were extremely hot in the balcony master bedroom. We turned the heat off and opened the windows all night to keep cool. Other than that, the place is a great small space with a great location

Breck December 2023

We love the property (this was our second time staying at River Mountain Lodge). This particular condo was clean, well maintained, and made for an enjoyable stay. The property is one block off of Main Street, right along the River. It’s a very quick walk to dinner, drinks, or morning coffee. We took the shuttle service to Peak 8 and Peak 9 for skiing. There is a shuttle stop directly in front of the property and it’s less than a 10 minute drive to the lifts. Super convenient all around!

The place was conveniently located downtown, right in the middle of walking distance to everything. The checkin/out is a little bit of a hassle because it’s not located in the building, but it’s only a block away. Good place!

My partner and I wanted a mini get away to the mountains. We got a surprise visit of the first snow, but had a great time. Location was fantastic, the front desk staff was really accommodating and the management company texted to see how we were doing, as well responded promptly to questions. The space is small and very comfortable, with a murphy bed if needed. We felt it’s a great fit for two. We would return to the same spot.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very attentive and answered our questions promptly. The balcony was right above a busy road which meant there was traffic noise when the doors were open, but the location was great for walking to shopping and restaurants.

Loved It!

We couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Breckenridge! This was the perfect location to everything we needed. The condo was very clean and was stocked with all of the miscellaneous kitchen things. The owners were extremely fast to respond and checked in to make sure we were doing well. We can’t wait to come back!
