    Situé à l'angle de Park Avenue et Four O'Clock Road, dans le centre-ville de Breckenridge, nos condos Park Place sont à proximité des remontées mécaniques et à quelques pas d'un bloc à Main Street. Vous pourrez skier sur Clock Run Four O 'et marcher à leur condo. Le complexe dispose également de deux bains à remous extérieurs sur place, d'un foyer au gaz et d'un parking couvert gratuit, ainsi que d'un accès saisonnier à la piscine et au bain à remous Upper Village.

    Cette 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains de luxe fin unité condo est l'une des plus grandes unités de Park Place - il est l'endroit parfait pour les familles ou les groupes jusqu'à neuf. Les caractéristiques de la zone de vie des plafonds voûtés et de grandes fenêtres, donnant l'espace, une sensation ouvert et lumineux. Vous serez également impressionné par la belle cheminée de gaz entourée de pierre et le balcon privé avec votre propre barbecue à gaz. Il y a aussi beaucoup de sièges et d'une télévision à écran LCD / lecteur Blu-ray pour le divertissement après une longue journée sur la montagne. La cuisine est entièrement équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable (y compris une cuisinière à gaz), ainsi que la place pour six à la table de salle à manger et trois autres à la barre de petit déjeuner.

We had a fantastic stay at this ski condo! Check-in was seamless and the space was absolutely perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better — quick access to the Snowflake Lift in the morning and so convenient to take the Four O’Clock run straight back to the condo at the end of the day. After skiing, we loved relaxing by the cozy gas fireplace and enjoying the community hot tub. It made for the perfect mountain getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Breckenridge. Was with my family of 5 and a friend of my son for 4 nights. The 4 teenage boys were very comfortable in the second bedroom as we spent more time on the slopes and in town. Family room and kitchen area was spacious and had all we needed. Would recommend.

Host was easy to reach for questions, amazing location within walking distance to everything described. The cozy fireplace was a perfect setting for our group to unwind after a day of skiing or walking the Main Street. Definitely would come back next time. And the hot tub is a plus :))

The location of the condo was amazing - perfect for skiing and walking into town. The house was extremely accommodating and spacious. The staff were phenomenal and the check in and our process was extremely seamless and simple!

Great condo in Breck!

We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was walking distance to restaurants, Snowflake lift and main street. The property staff was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in advance. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

Great stay! Beautiful condo. Stairs were tough.

Great Stay! Condo was beautiful. Clean but needed some deep cleaning to wood surfaces, artificial plants and metal light fixtures. The layout was perfect. 3 flights of stairs provided great exercise but were tough. All-in-All i would definitely rent again!

Overall the unit was very clean and a great place to stay. The only minor inconveniences were:- On arrival, instructions said 1st entrance after turning onto 4 o'clock road but that put us on wrong side of building. I believe it should say 2nd entrance. - There were no sponges to clean the dishes.- The tv could be upgraded. Long delays using the remotes and experienced constant freezing throughout the NFL games on Prime.

Great Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place in Breckenridge. Our family of four (kids age 9 and 12) stayed for a week at the end of June. The condo was very clean and an nicely decorated. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels provided and necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags. We were able to walk to the adorable Main Street for shopping, dinners, and ice cream. The pool and hot tubs are an easy walk from the condo. We would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Overall, our stay at this property was good. Perhaps it was our midwestern assumption that any modern vacation rental should have air conditioning, but we were rather disappointed to find out that this unit had none. This was a challenge when daily highs the week of our stay reached the 80’s. There were floor fans in each bedroom closet and management did, however, provide us two additional new fans when we requested them, though it took two days for them to be dropped off. The hot water heater was turned down incredibly low to where full-hot setting on showers was lukewarm and comfortable. This caused the hot water to run out after about a shower and a half, which is no good for a family of six. The kitchen was mostly stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, but were definitely on the cheaper side as far a quality. The pool was a rather long walk from the unit and not even on the property. It’s shared with a neighboring property. Pool could definitely use some TLC as well. Parking was sufficient but barely. Backing out our large SUV from the allotted parking spaces was a bit of a challenge due to space constraints. This unit was also on the top floor…. so the cathedral ceilings are nice, but the extra heat, not so much. Some of the mini blinds and screens in the windows were damaged, but not a big deal. The best part was location… very close and walkable to downtown Breck!

Great location for family ski trip!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Park Place Breckenridge. The location was perfect.. close enough to the ski trails to ski back for lunch and the hit the slopes again and also a short walk to town. The layout of the condo was excellent with ample room for our teenagers to spread out. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The Summit Mountain staff was quick to respond to inquiries but did not resolve any of our issues. Parking instructions were unclear, household supplies were lacking and several minor issues were left unaddressed such as broken coffee maker, multiple burned out light bulbs, disconnected tv. They said they would deliver missing items, but never did.
