Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Recent updates include fresh interior paint, updated bathrooms, brand-new kitchen appliances, new smart TVs, updated living room furniture, and a brand-new king bed.

The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom offers a tub/shower combination—perfect for families and groups.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals before or after a day on the mountain.

Portable A/C units are provided during the summer months for added comfort.

Dogs are welcome! (Up to 2 dogs • $80 per dog, per stay.)

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $80 pet fee.

Peak 9 lifts typically close mid-April — enjoy trails or shuttle to Peak 8 for the rest of ski season.



Parking is available separately and paid directly to Beaver Run Resort, with rates varying by season.



Walking distance to Main Street shops, dining, and events, Beaver Run also operates Shuttles for your convenience.
