Downstairs, there’s another den/family room area with a large flat-screen TV and a shuffleboard table; it’s a great place for the kids to hang out!

And the kitchen? High-end granite and appliances of course, including a gas range. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the counter. Main Level:
- Master Suite: king bed, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private deck with seating.
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Lower Level:
- Bunkbed Room: (1) queen-over-queen bunk bed, (2) double-over-double bunk beds.
- Den/family room: queen sleeper sofa.
- Bathroom: tub/shower.
